⚖️ Ethics Commission

A three-member commission appointed by the Village President with the advice and consent of the Board of Trustees. The Commission promulgates procedures and rules governing the performance of its duties, investigates complaints, conducts hearings and deliberations, and issues recommendations for disciplinary actions. Anyone wishing to submit a complaint must submit one that is written, signed and notarized.
